Who will be interpreting the studies?

Our high-quality team of Radiologists and Cardiologists will interpret the studies. All of our Radiologists are Board-Certified and fellowship trained covering all subspecialties. Our Cardiologists are Board Certified in echocardiography, nuclear cardiology and cardiac CTA.

 

What type of studies can be interpreted by our team?

We report all type of imaging studies, including Ultrasounds, Dopplers, X-Rays, Mammograms, Echo-cardiograms, CT, CT angiograms, CT colonoscopies, MRI, nuclear medicine, and PET/CT studies in adults and pediatrics.

 

Do radiologists have a special training?

We offer expertise in all subspecialties of Radiology, including musculoskeletal imaging, neuroradiology, MRIs, body imaging, breast imaging, pediatric radiology, and nuclear medicine.

 

How do we send our studies for reporting?

A small computer is installed in the office that connects to the imaging equipment, which encrypts and submits the images (HIPPA compliant) automatically through the internet to our web based PACS. Images are available for interpretation immediately. Our IT experts will create user accounts for the staff that needs access to the images and reports.

 

How secure is your system?

We are a HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) company and our processes, systems and infrastructures are committed towards confidentiality and data security. All studies are encrypted as they are transmitted over the public domain. 

 

What is the turnaround time for reporting?

Typically for STAT or Emergency reporting the turnaround time (TAT) is less than 30 minutes.

Routine studies will be report in a few hours according to your needs.

 

How will I access the reports completed?

You will have access to the final report using our web-based PACS. By typing a user name and password you can access all images and reports from any computer or smartphone connected to the internet. We can also send by encrypted e-mails “study links” allowing access to images and reports after typing a password.

 

Do you offer long-term storage of the studies?

Yes, we do. We store studies for 7 years in adults and until age 21 in children. This makes it easy and efficient to compare prior studies or search for prior reports and images.

 

How do our technicians/physicians speak with the radiologists and cardiologists?

Our radiologists and cardiologists are available by phone, text or through encrypted messaging system in the PACS.

 

Do you provide customer support?

Yes, we provide customer support services 8 am – 5 pm CST Monday-Friday to assist your needs.
